Nine Square Residency

Sumanta made everything from check-in through check-out feel smooth and stress-free. The service was prompt, and I also really liked the restaurant. Everyone was supportive, from Sumanta at the booking desk to the owner, Mrs. Shetty. The staff were courteous and responsive, and I had a very pleasant stay at Nine Square Residency. Grateful to the whole team for making it comfortable and easy. Highly recommended.

The food was a real highlight, exceptionally good and better than I expected. The property is clean and well maintained, with polite staff who are always willing to help. My room was small but tidy, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was clean, though compact, and without a separate shower cubicle the whole floor got wet. A couple of things were frustrating. We got an early morning call about the breakfast buffet even though Do Not Disturb was on. Wi-Fi also didn't work on our first night and seemed to still be an issue the next day, though staff tried to find a workaround. Still, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, good value for money, and I'd consider coming back.

The in-house restaurant serves a range of delicious pure veg food. Breakfast was tasty and came on time. The property is brand new, so everything was clean, and the room design felt carefully thought through. The location was easy to reach, and the room rates seemed very reasonable compared with the highly inflated market rates. Best wishes to the owners and operating staff. I hope the service stays this good, and would look forward to visiting again if needed.

We spent a week here and had a really good experience. The food was delicious, and the staff's service and behaviour were quite exceptional. The location works well too, close to dahisar railway station and a short distance from the metro and bus stops.
