The only good thing was the kitchen guy, Shahid, who was very helpful and cooperative. The location is awful. Mukesh at reception tried to speak English and confirmed there was a dryer in the bathroom, but there wasn’t. The sink overflowed, the washroom was in disastrous shape, and there was nowhere to get ready. The TV initially didn’t work. Food and rates are expensive for what you get. The AC was practically useless, and with no exhaust in the room or washroom, it got far too humid. The bathroom hanger is right above the basin, so if a piece of clothing falls, it gets soaked. PLSSSSSSS don’t book this online or offline.

I was generally okay with my stay, but the small room had a noticeable smell because there wasn’t proper exhaust. The food costs too much for its quality. The in-room phone also kept failing, so I had to go to the front desk every time I needed something.

The food was average, nothing great. The hotel itself is old-fashioned and not maintained well, and the bathroom taps are broken.

After a long journey, this is a nice place to stop. The rooms are clean, the staff are really friendly, and the WiFi was surprisingly fast.

The staff behaved very badly at breakfast. This hotel isn’t suitable for corporate clients.
