OYO 14984 Hotel Mumbai International

Being close to the airport made this budget hotel really convenient, and there are shops and a restaurant just around the corner. The room and bathroom were clean, with soap provided, and there was both air conditioning and a fan. The bedsheet was clean too, though the pillows had stains, so I was glad I'd brought my own pillowcase. The reception was right next to the room, and it stayed noisy quite late 😔

We had a confirmed Agoda booking, but when I arrived after traveling from Rajasthan, the staff said the hotel was full and claimed I hadn't paid them, so they hadn't set aside a room. They had my email address but never contacted me to say they were full, even though this was my only place to stay. Their proposed replacements were two other properties that seemed extremely shady and dirty. The staff were rude throughout. This was the worst hotel I've ever visited, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room was tiny, there was water in the washroom, and nothing had been cleaned. The food was very poor too. At reception, the uncle there behaved rudely. Please don't book this hotel.

We had a proper booking but were turned away because the hotel was sold out. Nobody contacted us beforehand, and the staff were extremely rude. A terrible hotel.
