I’ve stayed in lots of hotels and don’t need anything fancy. The lobby was clean and the staff friendly, but that’s about all I can say in its favor. I just want a clean, safe place, and expect clean sheets and no roaches even when you get what you pay for. The sheets were dirty, the blanket was so filthy I took it off, and the pillows were disgusting, so I used my own travel pillow. The bathroom fan sat above a window you could see through, looking straight into the neighbors’ house and kitchen. The children singing next door at 6am were actually a delight, just earlier than I’d have chosen to wake up. The towels and headboards were gross, and we killed a few roaches while we were there. I’m sure there were plenty more. I know roaches can be hard to control in a warm, humid climate, but the overflowing pile of dirty sheets in the closet near our room must have made a perfect breeding ground. We stayed one night, then moved to a much better hotel and lost the money for the remaining nights. I hated that, but there was no way I could spend another night there. Check the headboards in the photos, though even those make the room look nicer than it was. Avoid it unless you don’t care about cleanliness. It isn’t worth the price.

The room smelled bad, and the AC wasn't working properly. There were lots of cockroaches, and they didn't change the bedsheet or blanket cover. I had a bad experience even after bringing it to their attention. The area was awful too. The photos on Agoda made the place look much better than it was. Please don't stay here at this price.

There were cockroaches everywhere, and the rooms smelled awful. The room quality was so pathetic that you could barely stand inside. Not worth it at all.

For over 1800, plus another 500 for double occupancy, we got a room barely bigger than the bed, with almost no space to walk. The bed itself was small, with two pillows being treated as a double setup. The sheets and blanket were dirty, the water bottles overpriced, and sockets broken. They also wanted 200 more to change checkout time. OYO wouldn't refund the booking either. Avoid if you can.

We wanted to leave after less than two hours, but the staff refused to offer another room or any compensation. They blamed us for bringing a house centipede into the room, even though we'd found it on the bed and complained about it. The rooms were cramped for the price and unclean. When we raised the staff's behavior with the manager, he wouldn't listen and only gave his own account. He also refused to provide terms and conditions, saying they had none and that we could complain to the local authorities if we liked. I don't see how a business registered with the local county could have no terms and conditions. Despite any good reviews, based on the service we received, I honestly wouldn't visit.
