For an overnight rest, this was a good place. We only needed somewhere to sleep, so the small rooms and bathroom were fine, and everything was very clean. We were there from 12 am to 8 am. During our limited interactions, the staff seemed cooperative. The location is very close to the airport, around 25 minutes away during morning rush hours.

Hotel Airport Annex gave me a comfortable, hassle-free stay, with excellent service. The staff were attentive, helpful, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Its location very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport is especially convenient for travelers. Highly recommended.

We spent about a week here as a family of four during our visit to Mumbai, and would definitely like to stay again. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Ms Rayeesa and Mr Ajay, and the tariff was reasonable. The rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained throughout. The area is calm, with greenery around, and still easy to get to. There are cats in the compound, but they’re harmless. I never saw them inside the hotel, so there’s no hygiene issue if that’s a concern.

We came to Mumbai for the first time and didn’t know much about hotels, so we searched Google and chose this one based on the rates and room photos. We booked for one day and got such decent hospitality. The North Indian desi dal roti (phulka) was delicious, and I can’t put into words how much it felt like being at home instead of in a hotel. I heartily recommend Hotel Airport Annex. 💟

I stayed for three days in room 403. The place was disgusting, and the front desk seemed completely uninterested once I had checked in. The owner, Raisa, is lying. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
