OYO Premium Andheri East Seepz

I'm a regular at Suncity Residency, but this visit turned into a terrible experience. The hotel says the issue isn't its responsibility, yet I had to pay the same amount again according to the bill, after it took legal action against me. At reception, the manager said the card machine wasn't working and asked me to pay online to his personal account. He didn't pass that payment on to the hotel. Why is someone who isn't an official Suncity employee sitting at reception, and how did this happen? I want the hotel to take strict action so no other guest faces this kind of fraud. Until responsibility and safety measures are in place, I'd advise people to stay away.

Breakfast was limited and only average, and there was a lingering cigarette smell, probably from people smoking near the hotel offices. Inside Seepz, the atmosphere is quite nice, though food choices are limited. I didn't order delivery, so I'm not sure whether Zomato or Swiggy works there. Since the hotel is within the secured Seepz premises, guests who don't work there need an entry pass in advance. Staff share it over WhatsApp, and it stays valid for 24 hours with multiple entries and exits. The staff were courteous, helpful, and cooperative throughout. My room was clean and satisfactory, although it could use some renovation. Suncity is conveniently near Seepz Gate No. 3, with public transport easily accessible. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The roads are so full of craters it's hard to tell where the road is. The whole area looks filthy and neglected, a poor reflection of the maintenance standards. Stray dogs roam everywhere, even by the kitchen exit, where staff casually handle food while interacting with them. That felt like a serious hygiene problem. It's appalling to see this at a hotel operating inside SEEPZ, which is meant to be a controlled, well-managed zone.

I was looking for a low-budget room, and this one seemed reasonably priced. Decent stay.
