Siesta Andheri

My friends had booked two days but liked the stay enough to extend it to six days, spending a week here. The manager Mr Sachin was great and very helpful, and the staff were humble and easy to approach. Rooms were kept clean, bathrooms hygienic, and breakfast was better than at most similar places. They could get you things within minutes, even needle and thread:) One thing for management, please provide enough drinking water instead of just two small bottles.

It was a good stay, and the staff were polite and helpful. The area itself wasn't great, though. Andheri Railway Station and Metro Station are right beside the hotel, which makes getting around the city easy, but the locality stays overcrowded all day and the roads aren't good. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and well maintained, with a mini fridge, geyser, television, AC and coffee maker. There's a restaurant on the ground floor. We chose the complimentary buffet breakfast, served from 7 am to 10 am, and dinner can also be added to the stay.

The smell was too much, both inside and outside the hotel, and the kitchen at their restaurant was messy and unhygienic when I went in. The room in the pictures looked nothing like it did in reality. Several things were broken or loose, including the towel hanger and toilet paper holder. At checkout, a staff member tried to get extra cash for extra bedding by claiming we hadn't paid. I'd say don't even keep this as a last option. You can find much better places at the same rate.

It's easy to reach both the metro and railway stations nearby, handy for getting around. Service was good and the food was really tasty. I got a slightly smaller room, though they have bigger ones too. The room facilities were all good except the wash basin, which is too small.
