Suba Galaxy

My room was a decent size, even though some people have mentioned that the rooms are small. What stood out most was the personal touch. Mr Yogesh at the breakfast buffet remembered guests by their faces and even by how they liked their eggs. The hotel runs efficiently, but the staff throughout are also very courteous and human. Other reviewers have covered most of the positives already. My organization used to choose another app-driven business hotel nearby, and this place felt more humane.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and looked after the whole time at Suba Galaxy. The reception team, two girls and a boy, were always smiling and made everyday interactions easy. Bellmen at the entrance were ready to help with bags or directions, and the buffet staff were attentive and friendly. Housekeeping were very polite too. I had a lovely stay and would recommend this friendly, comfortable hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We stayed for three nights, and the service was pretty decent. There are small eateries around and nearby. The hotel has limited parking in an open area. We ate breakfast there once, but the staff focused on the guests who had chosen the buffet and ignored us. After that incident, we stopped using the restaurant.

The breakfast was the standout for my family and me, with lots of tasty options. We stayed at Suba Galaxy in Mumbai for three days from 26th September, and the whole visit was very pleasant. The staff were cooperative and focused on guest service, and the central location made it easy to get around, with public transport readily available.
