The rooms have very little space, the toilets aren't good, and the AC doesn't work properly even though it's an air-conditioned room. There's no arrangement for lunch or dinner; meals are brought in from outside and then charged at more than double the price. Drinking water isn't provided. A bottle costs Rs. 50. It's expensive, and the way customers are treated isn't good. Overall, it feels like customers are being looted.

The room was unhygienic and smelled bad, and breakfast was very poor. During my two-night stay, they didn't change the bedsheets or towel. The staff behaved terribly, as if they had no manners. If I could rate it from 1 to 10, it would be a 1. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were rude and kept asking for money, even for water bottles. The rooms aren't cleaned regularly, and the bedsheets and pillowcases are very dirty. It felt very unprofessional.

The location was awful, right beside service centres, and the owner was a bit rude. Our room was cramped already, and then we found a centipede in it. Having another little resident in there made things uncomfortable 😅
