The refusal to give us even one extra hour in our room after a delayed train left a bitter end to our five-day stay. My partner and I had otherwise generally enjoyed the standard amenities, but we needed the room for at most an hour beyond checkout before going to the station. Namrata at reception wouldn't accommodate us, despite our stay and the delay being outside our control. We had to leave right away and wait uncomfortably in reception until our train. That lack of flexibility caused needless stress and showed little care for the guest experience. I hope management reviews staff training on empathy and discretion with common travel problems. Namrata's decision overshadowed the better parts of our visit. Future guests deserve better service.

The staff were polite, professional, and ready to help, and both check-in and check-out were easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Hotel Ontime, Mumbai is in a convenient spot for business travelers, with good airport connectivity. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for business or leisure. I'd be glad to stay again.
