Abad Copper Castle Resort

For a two-day visit to the tea plantation, the hotel was adequate. The location has lovely views along and up the valley, though you’ll need a taxi to get into Munnar town. Staff were friendly and the service was good. The Sunday evening buffet was good, as was breakfast, and the overall food selection was reasonable. The menu didn’t inspire me, though. It could be a chance to feature teas from the area, serve real coffee for continental guests, and offer more regional food. Our room was comfortable, but seemed damp, with heavy condensation in the mornings. The bathroom needed a very thorough clean. So did the roof area outside our room, where there were cotton buds and someone’s underpants.

The hotel arranged a car and driver for trips to nearby places, which made it easy to see a lot in a short time. Pradeep (cab driver) helped us plan and made us feel at home. He speaks English fluently, so communication was easy. Thanks to Pradeep. We had an amazing stay at Abad hotels Munnar, with excellent service and good food. The tea estates have breathtaking views, and Echo point was serene. The estate tours were a new experience for us. I’d recommend Abad hotels and Mr. Pradeep to friends traveling to Kochi / Munnar.

Copper Castle Resort and Restaurant has a refined, peaceful ambience that works for relaxing or for a special occasion. We found the food outstanding, with a lovely range of expertly prepared dishes, and the service was courteous, prompt, and attentive. It’s a very comfortable, luxurious stay and a memorable getaway. You can also choose their indulge membership if planning to stay at Abad chain of hotels. The service and clarity are appreciated.

My wife and I had a lovely stay at Abad Copper Castle Resort, Munnar. The peaceful hillside setting has beautiful valley and tea estate views, and the misty mornings and balcony scenery were really relaxing. It seems well suited to couples or families looking to unwind in Munnar’s natural surroundings. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a family. Staff were friendly and attentive, and breakfast had a good selection, especially South Indian dishes. The one thing I’d improve is the plug points, which could be made to international standards for easier device charging.
