The parking situation was difficult from the start. There’s no proper car park, so you have to leave the car by the road and then climb a very steep hill, almost at a 90° angle, to reach the property. Staff wouldn’t help with the luggage even when I asked, so we had to carry everything ourselves. That climb would be especially hard for elderly people. There was no water in the bathroom in the morning. Around 6:00 AM, one guest kept calling the owner and banging hard on his room door to wake the staff. There wasn’t any coffee or tea either, and you have to walk nearly 900 meters just to get coffee. Everyone was frustrated that day, scolding the staff, and guests left their rooms. I had booked two days but checked out after one. The owner agreed on the first day to refund the money, but I still haven’t received it. I took the towel from the room to my car, and was told Rs.1500 would be deducted if I didn’t return it to the staff. That seemed unreasonable for an old towel, but I said okay and told him to take it from the refund. After that, there was no response, and I still haven’t got my money back. One of the worst experiences of my life.
