We visited with family three days ago and had a wonderful time. The staff, location, and hospitality were all much appreciated. My wife and I booked the full-body massage and Ayurvedic treatment package at the spa. The owner knew her work and guided the staff well, while also checking herself that everything went smoothly. We were very happy with the experience, and it felt rejuvenating and memorable. I’d recommend the combo package to friends and family visiting the property. We hope to come back for another stay soon. Hospitality and service like this feel rare these days.

The peaceful location and beautiful views made our stay at Munnar Tea Hills Resort a pleasure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Service and hospitality were outstanding, and the food was commendable, with a great variety of cuisines. Thanks for the warm welcome. I’d highly recommend the resort to anyone visiting Munnar.

Mr Deepak made us feel at home, and the rest of the team were warm, attentive, and keen to help from check-in through check-out. The valley views from our room were breathtaking. Sitting quietly and looking out at the foliage and surrounding colors was so peaceful, almost like being in paradise. A great choice if you want a relaxing stay with a lovely view and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

The rooms and other parts of the property are arranged well, though the place could use some renovation. We had a great time at Munnar Tea Hills Resort. The drive up is a bit steep, but it feels worth it once you arrive. The staff were polite and well mannered. The food tasted good, though I’d have liked a few more options. The manager explained politely that a new menu is coming. Thanks to everyone for making our group’s stay a wonderful one.

We booked through Agoda expecting a valley view room, but there was no view from the room. It was also non-AC, and that wasn’t clearly stated during booking. That information is misleading. The listing mentions a mini fridge, but there wasn’t one. If you want cold drinks, arrange ice cubes from outside. They don’t provide an ice bucket, even if you ask in advance. They said it would take seven hours. I wouldn’t include dinner. There’s no buffet, just a limited menu each day. Breakfast also has limited options. The menu is attached for reference.
