This was the worst experience of all my journeys, and I won't forget it. I lost my money and was mentally harassed. I booked this hotel on 12/05/2019 at 8:00 o' clock at night and paid ₹800 in advance. It took 30 minutes to reach the location, where I found out the hotel was closed, its ownership had changed, and I wouldn't get a room. I got no refund. I spoke to OYO and goibibo twice, for 30 minutes each time. They said they were checking what was wrong with the property, then put me on hold for 30 to 40 minutes without solving anything. At 10 o clock at night, after waiting for an answer from either OYO or goibibo, I cancelled the booking and booked another hotel half an hour away. Neither company provided a solution. No refund has been made for my ₹800 advance. Booking here felt like a fraud game.

After traveling 500 kilometres, I arrived in the evening to find the hotel wouldn't let me check in. I had booked through MakeMyTrip, but they said the ownership had changed and I needed to pay extra. When I called the owner directly, he used a lot of abusive language. This was an awful way to treat a customer. I wouldn't choose this hotel.

The room was in very poor shape. The toilet was below standard, the kettle was filthy, and the bedsheets and pillow smelled strongly and hadn't been washed. Staff response was bad too. Please don't stay here.

The owner has apparently sold the rooms to someone else, so this place is no longer under Oyo. If you arrive at night with family, finding somewhere else could be very difficult. Most places will already be sold out by evening.

The room itself was in good condition, but there was no staff support and customer service was very bad. The ownership has changed, and after I paid online they told me the money hadn't reached them. They wouldn't refund me, so I lost that money. It felt like some kind of fraud was going on.
