We felt relaxed and welcome throughout our stay, and would definitely like to come back. Rajan and Abhinandan were especially attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Chef Naresh's food was incredible, with a real home-cooked feel. We had a wonderful time at the resort and would highly recommend it.

The pool was nice, and seeing the morning sunrise from this pretty location was lovely. Everything was good, with a beautiful property and friendly, helpful staff. When we come to Munnar next time, I'll choose this hotel again. Thank you so much, rainwood hotels ❤️💫

The rooms were clean and cozy, with a great view, and the food was delicious. Rainwood Aurum Resort is beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful greenery, a welcome break from busy city life. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make things comfortable. I had an amazing, memorable stay in Munnar and would highly recommend it to couples, families, or anyone after a relaxing holiday.

The bathrooms were clean and the rooms decent, but the walls are extremely thin, almost like cardboard. Room 206 was the worst, since the restaurant is right above it. I could hear footsteps and chairs scraping. After I complained following the first night, they moved me to a room with no neighbours. The service was great, but the rooms could use improvement.

The team were welcoming, courteous, and helpful, and the complimentary room upgrade was a lovely surprise. My room had a beautiful view, which made the stay at Rainwood Aurum Resort, Anachal – Munnar feel very relaxing. It was a wonderful stay, and I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway.
