We booked a tent, which I’d rate 3.5/5. The staff were friendly and the food was nice, but the refresh rooms they provided were very dirty.

This might work for an emergency stay. My room was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned. The price was high, and there was no service. I only got a towel after asking for one.

The price felt way too high, like paying 3000 for a room that would cost 800 in Munnar town. The rooms are small, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and no towel or toiletries were provided.
