The whole experience at the bar was awful. The staff acted like goons. When we asked for the bill, the counter staff first refused and only handed it over after we insisted repeatedly. We went to reception to complain, but the GM was rude, verbally abusive, dismissive, and used inappropriate language instead of hearing us out. That behavior from someone in management is unacceptable. It made the place feel unsafe and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the owner, who trusted these people to run the facility. It honestly seemed as if they were running things for their own benefit instead of keeping proper service standards. One of my worst experiences. I'll never visit again.

If you need a place to stop near Adimali while travelling to Munnar, Anachal, Chinnakanal, or Club Mahindra, this hotel is in a useful spot. The owner is sociable and cheerful, and the staff are attentive. Sebin can help with bookings or service questions. The rooms are modern, very clean, well equipped, and have great views. The restaurant has good food with balanced spice, especially the Thali meals and Pothichoru, along with continental and North Indian options. The bar is calm and relaxed, and Anwin and Ashwin did a great job looking after us. A good value stay in this important town, definitely worth trying.

In Adimali town, this is one of the best hotels. The food was nice, and I especially liked the bar's ambience. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is close to the bus station and main road, so it's easy to get to, but it was surprisingly quiet. It's a comfortable choice for official meetings too, with space for up to 15 people. The restaurant meals were delicious, and the free breakfast was a nice extra. Rooms are very well kept, though a little better ventilation would improve them. A great spot in Adimali for a stay or an official gathering.
