The driver arranged by the resort was skilled and professional, and turned out to be a great photographer too, which was a nice extra for our family trip. The staff looked after us throughout, and restaurant service was commendable. We enjoyed the food as well. Our cottage had a beautiful view, and the peaceful, scenic setting made it a lovely place to relax. The rooms were in good condition with excellent amenities, service was prompt, and hot water was available around the clock. It was a delightful break from the heat, and I'd happily recommend the resort.

The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the team looked after us well. Check-in was easy, and the person at reception explained the resort helpfully. We spent one day there with family and came away with lovely memories. The surroundings felt like a forest, with a great view of nature. A beautiful place to stay. I'd suggest giving yourself at least two days to recover from city weather and work stress. Thanks to Great escape and team.

They keep things easy to reach through WhatsApp, from the restaurant to other necessities. There's also a jeep for getting around the property, and the front desk was especially helpful. The stay and food were great. Thanks for a pleasant visit, I'd love to come back.

The villa was comfortable, and the refreshing climate and quiet atmosphere made the stay feel special. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. The food and service were excellent. Thank you for a memorable visit.

The location was a big reason I chose the place. I wanted to burn some calories walking up and down Bison Valley Road to Gap Road, and the resort sits at 1607 meters above sea level. In less than a kilometer, you can climb to about 1734 meters. During my stay, clouds and mist came through, and temperatures ranged from 17 to 23 degrees Celsius, making it very comfortable. I stayed in a cottage from 17 May 2026 to 24 May 2026. The property was very well maintained, and the cottage had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, with personal care that really stood out. They even prepared meals beyond the regular menu. Sukumar and Avinash run the place very well. I'd plan another visit and stay at Great Escape Resorts again.
