We booked that same morning for a family trip and were very happy with the choice. The home-cooked food was delicious, and the owners and caretakers handled our requests quickly. It's in a quiet area, with very welcoming owners. The ground floor is fully ready, and even though the first floor is under construction, everything inside and outside was completely clean. The pool is well maintained, and there's a small outdoor dining area, cricket nets, a swing and a tire swing on a tree. I highly recommend this place.

The owners were kind and helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay at Ayarkar Farm Resort. We especially liked the delicious, homely food and the clean, comfortable, well-kept rooms. It's very close to Kashid Beach, so getting out to enjoy the area was easy. A peaceful spot with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The pool and food were the highlights of our family birthday trip from mumbai. Our group had plenty of room, and the outdoor space was great for a late-night bonfire. There are several spots for games, too. The staff and owner were sweet and cooperative about our music and food requests. It's good value if you want a fun weekend spot not too far from the city. We had an absolute blast and would recommend visiting to experience this fabulous stay along with nature. ♥️🫶🌴

We loved the peaceful greenery and the view from the gallery, with the Koel bird's lovely kuhu starting the morning. There's lots of space to walk, play, party, and enjoy nature, and we really enjoyed the private pool. The cozy rooms and ambience were lovely, too. The staff and owner welcomed us warmly, and the service was prompt and caring throughout, with personal attention. That's what made the place so special for us.

The owner personally makes sure guests are comfortable, and service is great. Rooms are clean, and the place is close to several beaches, with nandgaon beach nearby and very good. Food was great, both homemade and from the restaurant. It's a great family and group stay, with box cricket, a swimming pool, football, barbeque, and bonfire.
