The people made this family stay at Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie special. My father’s birthday was the reason for our trip, and Mr. Bhaskar and Mrs. Ismalia made the celebration feel personal. They welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived and paid close attention to the details, helping the occasion go smoothly. Their care and enthusiasm left a lasting impression on all of us. The property is beautiful and has a lovely atmosphere, but it was the team’s hospitality that stood out. As someone who travels regularly and values high service standards, I felt their dedication showed what the Fortune ITC brand can offer. We’ll remember the birthday and the memories from this trip. Many thanks to the management, especially those two, for making this family milestone so special. We can’t wait to return.

At 3 in the morning, my child became ill, and the whole staff was ready to help. That kind of service really shows when you need it. The first day was superb, and I hope the rest of my stay goes just as well. The rooms are spacious and within walking distance of the city center. The balcony view could be better.

Being near the local shops and markets made it easy to explore. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the peaceful sunrise was a highlight. Our room was modern, spotless, and had a very comfortable bed. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices. Everyone was polite and professional. Neeraj deserves a special mention for being attentive and responsive throughout our stay, and for making sure we had what we needed. It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it.

Getting to Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie was easy with our luggage because yellow number plate taxis can drive right onto the premises. At many other Mussoorie hotels, only white number plate private cars are allowed, so guests may have to walk with their bags. The location near Mall Road is excellent. Aarti made the booking process seamless, helping promptly and making sure everything was arranged. Our spotless, well-maintained room had a stunning valley view, especially refreshing to wake up to. Breakfast was a treat, with a mouth-watering buffet and plenty of choices. The waitering staff were courteous, attentive, and quick. Great hospitality and a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Poonam and Ajeet from the restaurant team made our meals especially pleasant. They were warm, attentive, courteous, and genuinely focused on guests, and their service left a lasting impression. I’m an ITC Gold member and appreciate good service standards. Fortune Resort Grace, Mussoorie, Uttarakhand lived up to the warmth and hospitality I expect from the ITC Hotels group. The stay was comfortable and well managed, with a welcoming feel throughout. Thanks to the whole team for making it memorable. I’d be happy to return and recommend it to people visiting Mussoorie.
