The room was clean and spacious enough, but the fan controller in 307 didn’t work. I also didn’t find the water jug a hygienic way to provide drinking water. Room service was slow, and I had to go ask for toiletries. I arrived around 10 AM after checking well in advance whether a 90-minute early check-in could be arranged without charge. They’d said yes, but reception then asked for Rs 500. I had no real option but to pay. There was no welcome or offer of a seat while I checked in, and nobody helped carry my luggage. I’d read great Google reviews, but my visit didn’t feel like those accounts.

The room and toilet were clean, and when we asked to exchange the blanket, staff did it. Still, we shouldn’t have had to put up with these issues for the price we paid. The blanket we first got was torn, as if a rat had chewed it. There was no drinking water in the room, no toothpaste, and no Wi-Fi password at check-in. We had to ask later before they gave us the password, even though Wi-Fi was listed as an amenity when we booked. I’d give the stay three stars. If you book, insist on these things in advance.

Why can’t customers cancel a booking even before the travel date? Is this hotel fake? It feels like you’re keeping our money without giving us any chance to cancel. Is this some new scam? People have genuine reasons beyond a medical emergency, death, or flight cancellation. Why are your rules different from other hotels? Something feels fishy, like you’re keeping money for no reason. I’ll withdraw this feedback only if I get my refund.

Pretty average stay for the price. They could clean better to get rid of the cockroaches. The old fans and AC were really noisy at night, and they could at least have installed a geyser.
