The food at our corporate day out was good, and the serving staff were polite. But after breakfast, the manager told us to use the pool first because it had to be cleared by 1pm. That hadn’t been mentioned when we booked. It was very sunny, so we didn’t get to play much on the turf, pickleball, or mini golf. Checkout was listed as 5.30, yet at 5.10 staff asked us to leave the play area so they could serve tea, or else tea wouldn’t be served. Go cart was fun, though the indoor games were only kids’ games.

The activities were exciting, the location was beautiful, and everything felt well organized. The Urvi Camp had an energetic, refreshing vibe, with friendly coordinators and good teamwork. The campfire moments made it memorable. One of my best camp experiences!”

We visited on 28th of may and paid rs 2000/- per head, which wasn’t worth it. They rushed us through everything, didn’t provide a welcome drink, and there were no attendants to guide us. The managers were rude, and during go carting they wouldn’t let us complete all 10 rounds. It felt like they were trying to manipulate us. There was just one changing room for both men and women, so we had to manage on our own. It showed a lack of basic sense. A waste of money.

We had a wonderful family visit. The staff were attentive, and when we needed medicine, they went out of their way to find some and bring it from another part of the city.

The food was made fresh to order and tasted good, and the service was good too. The tent stay is a quiet, peaceful experience, but the tents really have no walls and sit close together, so don’t expect privacy. There’s no phone in the room or tent to contact the resort, and kids may get bored since there’s no TV or games inside. Go carting costs extra.
