The room lights kept cutting out every 10-20 minutes, and the extra bed was rock hard. I woke up with back and neck pain. The room buttons for “Do Not Disturb” and “Clean My Room” didn’t work, and despite calling reception five times, we got no reply or help. The staff were rude and unhelpful. Even little things had been overlooked, like empty salt and pepper bottles and an empty tissue box in the breakfast area. Breakfast was a big disappointment. There was hardly anything to choose from, and what we got was poor quality. The dosa was really a thick, tasteless uttapam, and the boiled eggs were still semi-solid inside. In the bathroom, the shower gel bottle was empty and there was no exhaust fan, so it felt uncomfortable and stuffy. Getting there was frustrating too. Google Maps showed the wrong spot, about 3 km from the actual Clarks Inn Express, which caused needless confusion. The whole stay felt badly managed, with poor maintenance and little basic hospitality. I wish I could give a negative star. I’d ask others to avoid this hotel.

They wouldn’t give us a room, saying they hadn’t received confirmation from Makemytrip, and the way they treated us left us very upset. There was no way to cancel the booking, so our money was lost, and we won’t book through Makemytrip again. Clarks Inn Express is a very bad hotel, and the staff behave badly. A hotel needs more than a nice appearance, the staff should treat customers properly. Nobody should go there.

On 15/10/2025, I asked about a bulk booking at CLARK INN EXPRESS MYSORE in HOSA ANADUR. The staff quoted 3000/- and had a very exposing attitude when I asked whether they could lower the price because it was a bulk booking. They said, “THIS IS A FIXED RATE IF YOU NEED YOU CAN TAKE ORELSE YOU CAN LEAVE,” and said they didn’t want people staying there who asked for a lower price. It was a really bad experience. You have no idea how to run a hospitality business. Please don’t choose this hotel. Name;Sri Kanth

Waking up to the green views and paddy fields was such a nice break from everyday chaos. We had a great stay at “CLARKS INN EXPRESS “, and it was comfortable and worth the budget. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and had what we needed. The staff welcomed us warmly and were always ready to help with a smile. Everything was handled with care and professionalism. Thank you to the team for the lovely hospitality!

The room itself was good, but it was covered in dust. There was no bucket in the bathroom, and the AC wasn’t working. After about an hour of arguing, they changed my room. The staff were useless.
