The little spa was a lovely extra, and the masseuse was excellent. It was a welcoming place to come back to after exploring the city. Everything was convenient, the staff were great, and the hotel was squeaky clean. We loved our stay. The water temperature was impossible to control, though. We didn’t bring it up while we were there since it didn’t seem like an easy thing to fix.

The staff made the stay feel like home, from reception and housekeeping to room service, the technician, restaurant manager and everyone else. The service was kind, quick and commendable. The room had a great ambience and facilities, and the hotel felt family friendly. Breakfast was really tasty. The pool and gym looked nice, though we only got to try them for a few minutes because of time constraints. I’d searched a lot before booking a hotel in mysore, and was glad to find this one. The restaurant serves both veg and non veg, and the manager made everything completely vegan to suit our preference, thanks for that. I didn’t visit the Mulibagilu dose cornor restaurant inside, since it’s open only until 8 PM. Extending the hours would be great for veg and vegans, please consider the suggestion. I’d like to visit again.

The luxury room is excellent, and the swimming pool is good. Service was okay, and they provided unlimited bisleri water. The complimentary buffet was just okay: there were lots of varieties, but I couldn’t find even five items I was satisfied with. Andra ruchulu and guffa restaurant had a good ambience, but the food was awful apart from the south indian meals, so it felt like a waste of money. Food at both restaurants was below average. The luxury room is a good choice, but the other double twin or other room infrastructure isn’t good. Bathroom fittings are loose and water leaks. There was no internet connection for the smart TV, and no channels came through.

The location was convenient and peaceful, and I had a wonderful stay. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Krishna and akash were especially friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests. The food was delicious and the service quick. It was a great experience, and I’d happily recommend the hotel. I’m looking forward to staying there again.

The location was really convenient, right in the middle of the main sights like the zoo and palace. I stayed for three days with my wife and our 2.5-year-old daughter, and we had a wonderful time. The staff were welcoming and well-mannered.
