Mysore Elite

The location worked well for us, with everything about 20-30 minutes away. We booked two nice rooms with kitchen access, and the kitchen was included. But service was very poor. Before we arrived, I called about vessels, salt, and oil. They said it would all be there, but it wasn't. We had to ask, and they only brought vessels. They'd also said there was a gas stove, but it was an induction cooktop, and there was no dish soap. The bathroom shower head was broken. We pressed the make-my-room button the next morning, but nobody cleaned. After a day of sightseeing, we came back to dirty rooms, and only then did cleaning start. Our kids were already asleep, so waiting in the living area was difficult. A bad experience with very poor service.

I travelled alone and had a very good experience. The stay felt safe and cozy, and the location was handy for getting around the city. Staff were helpful, with great hospitality, and available 24/7 if you needed assistance. It was an excellent stay.

Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it. The so-called Superior Room didn't meet even basic 3-star standards. There were no amenities ready, so we had to ask for a bucket, mug, soap, and pillows. No shampoo or moisturizer either. The bed was uncomfortable, and we got a soft pillow only after asking. Wi-Fi barely worked. They claim hot water 24 hours, but it was available only in the morning.

The location is easy to reach and close to all the main destinations, and the place is worth every penny. I'd choose this hotel any time over zostel, trippr, or other oyo and similar stays. They did a great job.
