Nityotsava Residency

Yesterday I ordered Bonda Soup from Nityotsava through Zomato and received spoiled food that wasn’t fit to eat. I complained to Zomato right away, but they acted irresponsibly and told me to contact the restaurant myself. I spoke with the manager, Karthik, and raised the issue of them sending spoiled food. Rather than taking responsibility, he told me to email or complain to Zomato again. There was no solution, apology, or accountability. This shows complete negligence about food quality and customer safety. Sending spoiled food is unacceptable and dangerous. It was a terrible experience and reflects extremely poor standards. I’ve escalated the issue and will write to FSSAI to check the restaurant’s food quality and hygiene. I strongly don’t recommend this place. Very irresponsible people.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The staff were polite and very supportive, and the hotel itself is good. Check whether breakfast is included when you book, since it comes with selected plans. Parking for vehicles is the main thing missing. It would also help if guests were told whether hot water is available.

The food was packed really well, and every item tasted authentic. I can't praise it enough. Thanks for serving me such wonderful food, and please keep it up. I'm going to do what I can to promote Nityotsava. And yes, I'm a genuine customer, not sponsored.

We went for lunch as a group of friends and were disappointed. The staff were good, but the food tasted odd and wasn't good. We paid 300, and I felt unwell later that day.
