OYO 10451 Resside Apartment

It’s in a quiet residential area, which is a good location. The rooms were clean and adequate, but not especially spacious. This is really a hotel with rooms, not a serviced apartment. There’s no restaurant, though staff can bring food up. The menu is limited and food isn’t available around the clock. My stay was good, but there are similar or better hotels in other areas for less if location doesn’t matter to you.

Hold off on booking here. For the same rate, there are much better places. My stay was no good: no shower, dirty toilets, and although OYO listed AC as an amenity, there wasn’t any. Not worth the money.

The place was good and clean, and I had a very good stay. But the people managing it were horrible. OYO and hotel rules said one thing, while the person in charge had his own rules and insisted I pay extra even after I’d paid online. The towel wasn’t clean either, so bring your own.

The rooms are well maintained and the rates are reasonable. This property is also partnered with OYO rooms. Breakfast was served at 9 am, though I thought it should start at 8 am. Otherwise, the rooms, staff and service were all good.
