Yashaswi comforts by Yuvraj Group of Hotels

The rooms are good and well maintained, but we didn't get any housekeeping during our stay. The TV and phone weren't working, and no one responded when I asked for repairs. It's in a busy, prime location, so they need to pay more attention to guests' needs. The front office team should put more effort into service if they want repeat customers.

I was in town for a friend's wedding and stayed one day. The staff were friendly and polite, and the hotel is well located, within walking distance of the palace and very close to the bus stand and other tourist spots. Room 201 wasn't in great shape. The bathroom leaked, the flush had a problem, and there was a cigarette smell in the room. Maybe the renovation work upstairs was behind it. If they sort those things out, Yasaswi Comforts could be a good budget option with AC.

I booked after arriving in Mysore, paying 3000 rupees per day for two days, 6000 in total. The room didn't meet my expectations for that price. The pillows and bathroom were dirty, the water was barely hot, the fan regulator knob was broken, and the wallpaper was peeling off. There were two of us but we got just one towel. For 1000-1200, this would be a good property. Anything more feels like too much.

We booked through Agoda for our family of six, but when we arrived around 12, they refused to give us a room. They said we hadn't come by 11 and had given it to someone else. They had no phone number listed on Maps or Agoda, and didn't even have the courtesy to call us about the online booking. Irresponsible people. Never book online here. The hotel also doesn't look like the pictures. They are deleting reviews, so I'll add this again if they remove it.
