Brinda at the restaurant was warm, courteous, attentive, and always smiling. Her service made our meals a delight. Deepa madam also gave special attention to our reservation and made everything go smoothly, which we really appreciated. The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and the service was excellent from the moment we arrived at Regenta Javlee, Mysore. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The PS4 was a lovely surprise, and my kids had a great time with it. We had a lovely stay. Please don’t believe the negative reviews, they’re completely false. Come and experience the hospitality yourself. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back! 🌸✨

The rooms had plenty of space and were comfortable, and the food was delicious. We also found the elegant atmosphere and family-friendly feel made this a great luxury stay. Staff went out of their way to make things pleasant for both adults and children. Highly recommended for families wanting a premium experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families with children. The rooms were dirty, there was dust everywhere, the towels were worn out, and the bathroom had mold. The beds and mattresses were so bad I’d rather sleep on a travel bed. There’s no AC in the shared areas on the floor, either. The staff were friendly and admitted the problem, then moved me to a second room that was better. Still, at this price I’d look elsewhere. I don’t see how it’s rated four stars, or 4.3. Maybe two stars would make sense, but nothing about it felt four-star to me.

The buffet selection was limited, but the food tasted good. Room service staff were polite and organized, though they need senior management's support to provide better crockery. The reception and welcome were less organized. A welcoming experience should be the same for everyone, but we were skipped. We stayed in a premium suit and liked the interior setup and facilities. The hotel looks and feels great, with wonderful architecture and design in the room and public areas. Some spots need deep cleaning, including the room, so housekeeping should pay more attention to maintaining such nice in-room amenities.
