There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, but you can get juice, coffee, and ice cream, and we had nice coffee. We stayed two days in a Non AC room since it was winter. It was neat and tidy, with hot water available all the time. The staff were very good and looked after us well. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value if you're looking for accommodation near Gokulam, Mysore. Keep it up!

The room they gave us was a little small, but that didn't take away from the stay. Cleanliness and service were excellent, and the property is a decent, comfortable place in Mysore. I stayed at Sai Inn Mysore for two nights. The room was clean and well maintained, and the polite, helpful, courteous staff made us feel welcome. I'd choose it again on a future Mysore visit. Highly recommended for a neat, comfortable, hassle-free stay.

The kitchen was a wonderful bonus, with room to cook and a very clean space. Wifi was reliable, and the Inn is in a great location. I spent a week at Sai Inn in April and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating when I switched to a room with AC and quick to handle issues. I'd definitely recommend it if you want a solidly great hotel in Mysore.

After spending two weeks here, I can say it's the best! It's a sweet, nice hotel in Gokulam, with clean, super comfortable rooms, hot water in the shower 24/7, strong wifi, and helpful, nice staff. It had everything needed for a pleasant, comfortable stay.

We booked a room with a balcony at Sai Inn through Booking.com 24 hours ahead, but on arrival they tried to put us in a tiny ground-floor room with no balcony. That room was beside a street with an unbearable smell of animal waste from goats, sheep, and cattle, as well as urine. The environment was filthy and revolting. When we called the Manager to complain, he offered just a 100 RUP discount. We said we'd pay 200 RUP more for the actual AC room with a balcony that we'd booked. Instead of handling it professionally, he became aggressive and rude, shouting, "I'm not talking about money!" He blamed us by calling it a "last-minute booking," even though we'd booked 24 hours in advance. His behavior was insulting and unacceptable, with no empathy or sense of customer service. This was an absolute nightmare. I'm shocked to see positive reviews. The place is dirty and smelly, and the management doesn't know how to treat guests. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
