Sri Sai Comforts

We had a good time here, with a TV and AC in every room. Breakfast was free, and they could provide extras if we needed them. AC and room heating are controlled by staff, but when we let them know, they switched them on right away, so that was fine. In a few rooms, the couples’ beds were two singles instead of one double.

We had two small kids and the whole stay was awful. I couldn’t reach the OYO contact. The first room was filthy, and the replacement wasn’t much better even after cleaning. The AC still didn’t work after I complained. They ran the geyser for less than 20 minutes, which wasn’t enough hot water for even one person.

The room itself is very good, but the service is the opposite. You have to ask reception to switch on the geyser, and if you don’t request service, they may not bother to provide it. The cleanliness is good enough, and there’s space.

The staff are humble, and the rooms are good value. You can find everything outside the hotel. Have fun, and this is a must-stay if you visit Mysore.
