We booked two rooms for four adults and one child. Room 205 had a strong sewage-like bathroom odor, and it took repeated requests to get moved to Room 308. There, the bathroom door lock didn’t work properly and the Wi-Fi was down. The room had no tea/coffee kit, toiletries, or towel. Dental kits, hand wash, and shaving kits weren’t readily available either, and we had to follow up with reception several times. At breakfast, tea came only after we asked separately and waited around 20 minutes. Most issues were eventually addressed, but some staff interactions lacked the professionalism and responsiveness we expected. Overall, the stay didn’t meet the service standards or organized approach we expected from a Treebo-associated property. Maintenance, housekeeping, and guest service all need improvement.

We stopped for one night at RJ Residency Mysuru during a road trip in May 2025, choosing it because it’s on Mysuru Ring Road. Parking was available and the location was good, but there weren’t any places to eat nearby, so we used swiggy. The room and bathroom were clean enough, though they could have been better. If we’re in the same area again, we’ll look at other options.

The AC was broken, there was no heater, and even getting water took around 30-45 minutes after I asked. The amenities list shows lots of things Treebo provides, but they didn't provide them here. This was the worst room I've stayed in in Mysore. I wouldn't give this hotel even one star, and I don't recommend it. It isn't being run according to Treebo's standards.

Please call it Treeboo Lodge. The sheets weren't cleaned even after I asked, and they didn't provide toiletries or daily room service. The list of problems goes on. These are lodge-like facilities, nowhere near worth the price of a three-star hotel.
