We were comfortable in the clean rooms, and the food was delicious. The hospitality was outstanding throughout, with polite and welcoming staff. Nikhil deserves special thanks for his especially good hospitality. Mr. Manish and Mr. Kuljeet sir also stood out for their wonderful behaviour and care. A highly recommended stay! 😊

We felt right at home during our lovely stay at Infinitea Tea Garden and Resort. Our group of friends from the US enjoyed the spa and gym, and the mountain views from our room were great. The food was delicious and the service amazing, so we'll definitely be back. Housekeeping was a big help too. Divyansh, Sachin, Kuljit, Sahon, and Rekha made the stay even better. Shreshtha and Aawon at the spa are incredible at what they do. Thanks to all the staff.

Lully play, the all-weather swimming pool, and tea gardens all around the hotel were the best parts for me. Mr.Nikhil from houskeeping was among the staff who made the stay pleasant, and everyone greeted us with a warm smile. Go for it if you're after a calm, peaceful holiday.

Room service was prompt and courteous, and the beautiful views made the stay comfortable. The food with a view is what makes this a perfect spot in Palampur. Manish Kumar helped us pick dishes and guided us throughout, which really lifted the experience.

Shrehsha was so helpful, and her warm, comfortable approach made the stay even more pleasant. The rooms, service, and overall ambiance all exceeded expectations. Everything felt comfortable, luxurious, and premium from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
