I couldn’t bring myself to stay beyond the first night of a planned three-night booking. The property’s condition fell far short of what I expected. It calls itself a 4-star hotel, but my experience didn’t come close to that standard. With so few staff, there was usually nobody at reception to help, and room service was effectively unavailable. Basic amenities I’d expect at a 4-star place were missing, including an extension phone and a tea or coffee maker. More concerning, the bathroom taps ran muddy, discolored water, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The dining room and kitchen were in awful condition. The kitchen looked unhygienic, and I didn’t feel comfortable eating food made there. Used tables sat uncleared for a long time because nobody was available to clean them. Cleanliness and maintenance overall were extremely poor. I was traveling with a small child, and the state of the property made me uneasy about continuing the stay. Cleanliness, safety, and basic service matter especially when traveling with family, and the hotel failed on all of them. Several other guests were also expressing similar concerns about cleanliness, staffing, and service. Even at checkout, nobody was at reception to help or collect the room keys. This was one of my most disappointing hotel experiences. With poor hygiene, too few staff, missing basic amenities, and no fundamental guest service, I had no choice but to leave after one night despite booking longer. I wouldn’t recommend staying until substantial improvements are made.

The rooms and location were decent, but the service was a letdown for what we paid. We stayed two nights with friends, and drinking water never reached our room despite asking three or four times. There was also no water for bathing early in the morning, which was very inconvenient. Breakfast was just average. We weren’t satisfied with the stay, and I’m totally disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. If you choose places based on reviews, I’d look elsewhere.

Mohit G, our host, was really kind and cooperative, and the staff gave great service. The location was peaceful and the property was lovely, with neat, clean rooms. The food was good too. A really nice stay overall, thank you.

The location was beautiful, but that was the only real bright spot. The room was clean when we arrived, yet the service was very poor. We asked several times to have the TV fixed and nobody came, and the shower wasn't working early in the morning. The phone didn't work either, and there didn't seem to be staff available. The food was awful.
