Wi-Fi barely reached 25 kbps, and the AC needed almost 10 hours to cool the room, even after we complained five times. The rooms were average and the service was pathetic. We told them we had a 9.30 flight and were travelling with two kids, but they still wouldn't serve breakfast at 7:30 AM. The advertised complimentary high tea for stays over two nights was only given for one day, even though we booked five days. We also paid cash in advance for an extra person, but when they left early, the hotel refused to adjust or return the payment. When we raised these problems, the only response was that this was a “leisure hotel,” not a corporate one. That showed no sensitivity to our concerns. I wouldn't recommend staying here again. Given all these conditions, it might only be worth it below 2k.

The rooms are spacious and open onto large balconies, which added a lot to the stay. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices, and the hotel is nicely located near baga beach.

I went for a four-day training program in June 2023 and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The place is well connected to Goa's important spots. The food was bliss, and the service was extraordinary. It was a great experience, and I'd love to return and recommend it.

We stayed for four nights over Diwali and really appreciated the fast room service, clean pool, and cooperative staff. The rooms were cleaned so well, and even the Jain breakfast was delicious. Our train was early, but they still arranged breakfast at 6 am. Thank you to everyone, especially Mr Kaushik, for treating us so well. Wishing you many successful years ahead ♥
