The staff member who looks after the place is a nice guy, but it seems ownership doesn’t care. The toilet is awful and leaks everywhere. It’s small, and you’d have to be okay with using the toilet right where you shower. Shower pressure is weak too. Avoid this place for the cockroaches, unless that’s your thing.

Chhagan was a lovely host, always polite and helpful, and a very good cook. Breakfast was just Poha and Tea, but it was fresh and tasty. The staff were supportive, and they let me check in early without an extra charge, which was really convenient. My room was a comfortable size for one person, and it was neat, clean, and well maintained. Elita Rooms, Nagpur felt homely and good value. I’d recommend it for solo or business travel.

I chose this hotel because it was close to Nagpur International Airport, but there was no cleanliness at all. Cockroaches were crawling across the floor, walls, and bathroom. It was disgusting. If cleanliness matters to you, avoid staying here.

The rooms were mostly decent and clean, but the service let us down. They gave two of us only half a litre of drinking water. The extra one-litre bottle cost ₹30 even though the MRP was ₹20. Breakfast was limited too: we each got two aloo parathas, then were told there weren't any more when we asked for extra.

Really nice place to stay. Maybe the prices can be a little lower next time 😅
