The receptionist's attitude was unacceptable and the staff were very bad. We didn't get the room at the price we wanted and had to pay extra, so I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I was really disappointed with the service. The rooms were dirty and unhygienic, and didn't look like the pictures. They said there was AC, but there wasn't any. On top of the OYO booking charge, they also asked for extra money.

I paid online for a deluxe room, but when I arrived at OYO they put me in a different room with four cots. That wasn't deluxe at all. When I asked for the room I'd booked, they demanded more money and threatened to cancel the booking. My exam was the next day, so I felt I had no choice but to pay. A completely rubbish experience. Don't book here.

The receptionist behaved really badly. I've traveled all over India and never come across staff like this 🤬 Don't stay at this hotel.

At the booking counter they'll give you a shared room at the deluxe rate, then ask for 2000 more if you want the deluxe room. My worst OYO experience.
