Matoshri Homestay Airport Road Nagpur

The service was good, and the rooms were well looked after. We had a great family trip at Matoshri Homestay, and I'd happily recommend it.

Breakfast was very limited. There was no extra food available even for payment. The attendant asked if we needed anything, but the poha and extra idlis we requested weren't available. There were also many cockroaches in the bathroom, and the flush in the second bedroom had a problem the caretaker already knew about. The AC in the first room didn't work, so we spent a day without it while the caretakers tried different things. We were tired and busy with work, so we couldn't move earlier. When we complained, they said we'd tampered with the AC using the remote. The caretakers also entered the room while I was away, without my permission. We had to extend our stay by half a day and couldn't move elsewhere for some reason. Despite all these problems, we were charged for the full day and only 500 was taken off. Poor service. I wouldn't recommend it.

The bungalow is in a good location, and the caretaker was friendly, but the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. Many of the power outlets weren't working, and using the kitchen even just to boil water costs an extra 500 rupees. There are cockroaches all over. With proper upkeep this could be a great place, but the owner was rude when we shared feedback.

The rooms were clean, neat, and hygienic, and there's a marriage hall very close by. It's a good setup for guests attending a wedding function, with 8 deluxe A/C rooms suited to group bookings. The location is prime and easy to reach, about 2 km from the airport. Breakfast is complimentary, and catering can be arranged if requested.
