We were three friends, and all of us loved the hospitality and the atmosphere at Village Nagthat. There was just one room occupied when we checked in, so it was very peaceful. One thing we weren’t told when booking: it’s the same place as Hill paradise resort, and one floor is leased as the Last Village @ Chakrata. Even so, we had an awesome stay with the staff and surroundings. Must visit.

The rooms were a very bad experience, especially with kids. We booked two, but the lighting was so poor it felt like using an old small bathroom bulb. The geyser was new, but there was no light. There were no proper lights, televisions, or intercoms, and the top floor had no safe boundaries, so I wouldn’t recommend it for kids. Our real-time queries also got no resolution. The location is fine, but the hotel infrastructure was too bad and the owner’s behaviour was pathetic. The hotel is really called hills paradise, and the person named Chauhan leased the upper floor as The last village @ Chakrata. Because of the leased ownership, he doesn’t care about feedback and just tries to run the business as usual. If you’re going with bachelors, it may be okay, but please think several times before booking.

There was no intercom, no water from the taps, no TVs in the rooms, and no boundaries, so this hotel isn’t suitable for kids. The food was poor and the tea was poor too. It was the worst experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone plan a vacation here.
