We visited as a group of 39, but basic amenities like hot water and towels weren't provided. When we asked Harshit Gonia for them, he said there was an issue with the 3phase line and went on with other explanations.

The location was reasonably convenient, but the stay itself was a letdown. The rooms were run-down and cleanliness was a serious issue. Service felt unresponsive and unhelpful, which made the whole experience frustrating. 👎🤢😠📍

It was easy to get to the city's main attractions from this hotel, and some of the best hotel in near railway station kathgodam were just a short walk away. The location was perfect.
