There were rats in the room, so we had to keep our luggage hanging. We also spent the whole night without water after I tried to get a jar late in the evening. I’d wanted to ask the owner for it since the afternoon, but there was nobody at reception, and the owner didn’t answer my call. During my three-day stay, the so-called receptionist showed up and left twice a day, and made rude comments when I asked for better service. There are no nearby shops or bus stand, and no bus or auto connectivity. No cab will come to this place either. It was unfortunate that I’d pre-booked this nightmare for three days. I hope this genuine review helps people choose a better place to stay in Nainital.
