We took a three-year membership with Coastal Grand Holidays last month, but still haven’t managed to make even one booking. Every day we call, we hear that they’ll check and confirm, then nothing happens. It’s been repeated excuses and delays. We also contacted the CEO and were referred to an assistant who hasn’t responded either. So far there’s been no feedback, action, or accountability. They’ve taken our money and ignored our calls, which feels like a scam. I regret joining and have found the company unprofessional and disrespectful. If you care about your money, time, and peace of mind, don’t trust Coastal Grand Holidays.

Coastal Grand Holidays & Resorts seems to promote holiday packages at hotels and seek substantial investments from the public. They hand out free coupons inviting people to visit their properties, but when people call to ask about them, the calls may be rejected or ignored. That raises serious questions for me about transparency and authenticity.

Please avoid the restaurant. There isn’t enough parking, and the hotel security spoke very disrespectfully. TBOARD DRIVERS are shown no respect.

There’s plenty of car parking, and a lift for older people. The mini hall has good seating and stage arrangements, and the food is good.

Friends, please don’t get a membership ID. I’ve been a bronze member for five months and Coastal Grand staff still haven’t responded to anyone. I’ve called about a hundred times, including the booking team, and still get no response.
