We had a family room that was spacious, neat, and clean, and the staff responded whenever we needed help. The restaurant and resort make for a nice stay in kholli hills. The food tasted like home cooking, and they made the special mutton and natu kozhi dishes we requested. Both were very tasty. Special thanks to Chef Ramesh for the yummy food. A lovely resort at an affordable price.

The in-house restaurant served breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with good food overall. I stayed for two days and found it pleasant and comfortable, and I'd recommend the resort. The room and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the location was convenient as well as peaceful. Staff were very helpful and professional. Thanks especially to Vignesh and Venkatesh, and apologies if I've got either spelling wrong. The area has network trouble on Jio and Vodafone, but the resort's WiFi was good.

The food was really good, and the polite, helpful staff made the service the best part of my stay. The room itself was average and didn't feel worth what I paid. So, an ordinary stay overall, mostly carried by the food and service.

We were on a business trip and had a wonderful stay at Lotus resort. After we left, we realized one of our important bags, containing valuable personal items, had been forgotten there. We were worried, but the staff quickly found it and arranged to ship it back. They kept us updated along the way, and it arrived safely in perfect condition. That kind of honesty, efficiency, and genuine care is rare. We're very grateful for the team's professionalism and support. The way they handled this really showed how much they value their guests.

The WiFi was super strong, and there were indoor games to keep you from getting bored. We had a lovely time, with good food and staff who responded whenever we needed them.
