The staff were so welcoming that my three-year-old daughter quickly warmed to them and started chatting. Everyone was genuinely kind, and the places to visit were just wow. The location is great, and the rooms are cozy and comfortable. Namchi is generally cold, so they said we could ask for extra blankets whenever we needed them. We stayed as a family, and when we had some document issues, the staff helped us and treated us with great respect.

We waited 35 minutes for one item, which was far too long. The owner is... something. The rooms weren’t great, especially the washroom and beds. The room smelled really bad, and the Wi-Fi was weak and kept disconnecting. Expensive for a solo traveler.

The food was average, though the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The rooms were quite good, clean, and well kept, and the owner and staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel is right in front of the taxi stand, with Central plaza just a stone’s throw away.

The location is really good, and the rooms were good too. The food was okay, but you need to order at least an hour ahead. The price felt a bit high for the amenities. There was no Wi-Fi or other major service you’d expect from a regular hotel.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, with a good atmosphere, and the whole place is very well maintained. Staff in both areas were attentive, helpful, and efficient. My room was comfortable and well equipped, and the stay felt like great value for money. I was very pleased, even though this visit was short, and hope to come back for longer.
