VITS Bharat Nanded

I liked the atmosphere, which felt quiet and safe for families, and I'd try staying here again if I get the chance. The restaurant food was good, in my opinion. The reception staff weren't very friendly, though the place was packed when I visited, so they may have been busy. I also had to ask several times to recharge the TV, and they weren't very active about sorting it out. Parking was the deciding factor after I checked a few hotels. There was a large open lot within the premises that could fit many vehicles. I hadn't realized when booking that the building also had a cinema hall, which was a big plus for me. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms clean, and the furniture and bathroom fittings are good quality. The bed was a bit too soft for my taste, though that may just be personal preference. Gurudwara, Shri Hazur Sahib is about 9 km away. The app I booked through gave inaccurate distance information.

My stay was awful, with neglected conditions and dismissive service. The room looked shabby and unclean, with visible dust and stains. There was no hot water during the day, and the toiletries they provided were expired, which was unhygienic. At the front desk, staff brushed me off. The manager's only response was to hand me a feedback form arrogantly instead of listening or trying to help. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Don't waste your money here.

The breakfast choices were extremely limited for the prices they charge in Nanded. Hot water wasn't available, and water got stuck because of a bathroom drainage problem. The hotel was very short-staffed and felt isolated and shady. We stayed overnight with senior citizens, and the rooftop noise kept disturbing us until 4 am. We could constantly hear tables being moved and metal rods falling. I called Mr.Vikrant and also went to see him in the reception lobby, but he didn't do enough to stop it, even after I explained there were senior citizens in the room who couldn't sleep and were getting irritated by the heavy noise. We were told they were decorating the floor for an event the following evening. I don't understand why they were decorating at 3 am instead of during the next morning or afternoon, or why there weren't standard working hours or better communication between the GM and event team about timing. We had complained several times. Front desk executive Vikrant was rude and didn't take us seriously. After midnight, when I approached him a few times about the rooftop noise, he was just watching YouTube. I called the GM twice, but he didn't answer. GM Vishal seems easygoing and wants to help, though it looks like nobody listens to him. We'd booked because we knew this was a branch of VITS by Vitthal ji, but we were heavily disappointed. For the premium they charge, the service isn't up to standard.

The staff were especially cordial, and manager Vikrant was easy to approach and patiently answered all our questions when I booked by phone. The rooms were clean, a decent size, and unexpectedly warm and comfortable. At first the location seemed a bit far from the main city area, though it's closer to the airport.
