Hotel Royale Heritage

The restaurant was open, but there was no food available. Staff said the cook hadn't come and they'd make whatever they could; for breakfast, we were told to come only if the cook showed up, otherwise to go back. Even towels were missing. When we asked, the boy said we'd get them if the laundry guy came, or we'd have to manage. That was completely unprofessional. We paid a premium rate for a Non AC room that was nowhere near premium quality. The outside looked fine at first, but after settling in, the room smelled bad and the corners were filthy. The apparent cleanliness was just for show. The owner needs to take charge of operations before this place collapses. At this rate, it will soon be hard to get guests. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone and will never return.

We paid ₹2200 for one night, and the room was in terrible shape. The AC showed an error and wouldn't cool, while the fan barely worked. Waiting 1.5 hours didn't help. The toilet seat was broken, and even a basic request for mosquito repellent went unanswered. We complained more than once, but the response was painfully slow and unhelpful. For that price, this isn't acceptable. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We had a very bad experience this time. I had booked by phone for 1st November 25 at Rs 2200/- for a day. When we arrived, the manager demanded Rs 2400/-. I reminded him about the phone booking, but he was rude. I eventually saw my name at the top of the register with the Rs 2200/- rate from that booking, and he accepted it. Then, when I went to pay, he asked for 2260 because the zero looked like a six. I tried to explain that it was a zero, and eventually he agreed. The next morning, at @ 7:30 am, there was no hot water in the bathroom. I asked for a bucket of hot water, but the manager opened the adjoining room and told me to try that bathroom. It had the same problem. We all had cold baths and left because we were running late.

The staff were arrogant and unsupportive, which made the stay even more disappointing. I spent one night at Royal Heritage Hotel Nashik, and the rooms and common areas were quite dirty. The hotel wasn't properly maintained, and cleanliness was a serious concern. I wouldn't recommend it or choose to stay here again.
