I've booked several rooms at Hotel Seven Heaven over time when friends came to Nashik from other cities. We appreciated that guests were allowed to visit for a while, and I don't normally book hotel rooms unless needed. But after what happened on this visit, I feel traumatized about going into any hotel room. We had extended our booking through the checkout day, and I was asleep in bed when someone knocked. I called out that I was coming, but they used a key and opened the door anyway. I was shocked and felt very unsafe. I don't know if the person was staff or another guest. The managers may have been away, and the staff may not have been briefed, but the room was paid for and I should not have been disturbed. I believe entering a guest's room like that is punishable in the hotel industry, and I could sue the brand. Afterward I went out and saw staff cleaning. I asked who I should speak to and was faced with a woman who seemed to have no shame, regret, or concern. She said sorry with a smirk, which made me furious. Hotel staff should be kind and generous to guests. It was a horrible, horrible experience, and if Google allowed zero or negative stars, I'd give Hotel Seven Heaven that. I'd tell anyone thinking of booking here, “do not go there.”

The restaurant food was tasty for the price, and breakfast was simple but satisfying. My room was neat, maintained well, and had the essentials, with a comfortable bed. Check-in went smoothly. Good value if you want an affordable, comfortable stay. #GoodVibes

When we came back six months after celebrating a birthday here, the staff suddenly brought up a rule that nobody had mentioned the first time. They spoke to us rudely and disrespectfully. Even if there is a policy, they should explain it politely. The customer service felt disappointing and unprofessional.

The rooms themselves were clean and well kept, but almost everything else was a letdown. Some bathrooms were dirty, a few rooms had nonworking ACs, and our bathroom had a broken bucket with no cup. The pillowcase was torn, too. The kettle in our room had bugs around the rim; I washed it three times and found kheedas in it each time. We'd enjoyed the food on the first day and ordered the same again the next day, but it tasted completely different and wasn't very good. Check the bill carefully before paying: ours included things we hadn't ordered, cancelled items, and orders made by our bajuwalas. We had booked 15 rooms for two days for a family member's wedding, and none of us were satisfied with the food or service. I would never recommend this hotel.
