I wish zero had been an option. Cockroaches were in the room, and I even found them in the food served. The sanitary ware was broken and filthy, with no sign of care for cleanliness. The whole place looked run-down and was in an unlivable state. This was an extremely disappointing, unhygienic stay. Please avoid this hotel if you're considering it. Basic hygiene and standards are severely lacking.

The rooms are tiny for this price, and cleanliness falls short. There was no shower in the washroom and the tap was leaking. I wouldn't recommend paying this rate. At 1.5K to 2K max, it could be worth a stay if you're willing to put up with the small room and cleanliness issues.

The building felt old and badly maintained, and dampness was noticeable throughout. Rooms were cramped and unhygienic, the food was poor, and the location was inconvenient. A terrible stay, and not somewhere I'd choose again.

The faulty AC, broken shower, dirty surroundings, and cockroaches in the room made this feel like a local Dharamshala. Avoid it, it's not worth your money.

Everything else was good, but the lift was out of service for some reason and the issue wasn't fixed during our entire stay.
