The hotel arranged yoga as a complimentary activity, and the teacher explained the exercises and guided us through them. I enjoyed that, along with the stay and the complimentary breakfast. The one thing that needs attention is the breakfast food quality. Please improve it. Thanks and regards.

For a budget-friendly hotel, this was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food quality was good, and the complimentary breakfast was much better than at some other three-star hotels.

The room windows were never cleaned during my stays, and from room 102 it was impossible to see outside properly. I've stayed here three times, and each time they put me on the first floor. I don't know why. The billing was another problem. We were charged for the stay and breakfast, but the invoice had two GST components, which made claiming GST credits difficult. I raised it with the hotel team several times, but they didn't seem interested in fixing it. They also add a service charge to food bills, then remove it right away if you complain. Check your invoices carefully for GST issues. The hotel needs to sort out its billing process and train staff to handle these concerns. Based on my experience, think twice before booking.

The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the facilities were good enough for what I needed. I also enjoyed the food, which had a nice variety of dishes. My room was comfortable and well kept, so I had a pleasant stay.
