Check-in takes far too long. They used to collect Aadhaar cards from customers in advance, and now they ask for signatures and check-in and checkout OTPs. I don’t know another hotel in Nellore like this, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. There’s no privacy for couples. It was a very bad experience. Don’t go here.

The ambience is better, and MM Gareeb Biryani has taken over the restaurant that was here before. The food is good, but it wasn’t hot when served, and there’s no provision in the kitchen to heat it up.

It’s well maintained, reasonably priced, and the staff are great.

I booked and paid in advance for two rooms for my family a month before the stay. But when they arrived, they were given two different rooms on separate floors. I was told that people who came the day before had been assigned the rooms I’d booked earlier. They said this without even apologizing. So the person who books well ahead is the fool? I was furious and considered refusing to pay the remaining amount, but decided that wouldn’t be right. I paid quietly and am writing this review now.
